Together with Frismakers I have facilitated Nutricia’s Acceleration week. The goal of this high-pressure cooker is to speed up innovation. Roughly, it boils down to 3 months of work using Scrum as collaboration process.

Key is to get all the stakeholders in the room centred around strategy and creativity. Marketing Directors from several European countries and a R&D Team made a giant leap into getting better value for customers. Outcomes where several concepts for each country in Europe and a clear validation plan how to test the needs of customers.



The results

The team presented their findings and concepts to the board and get a buy-in for the product concepts and start with the validation. The feedback was positive, the board was impressed by the amount of work and moreover, it will have a big impact on the strategic decisions ahead.
