Learning design is a fancy word for creating a process and timeline, for example a workshop, training or program that helps participants to do their job better.

The reason to call it ‘Learning Design’ is that I have created numerous workshops using different methodologies. In my mind, the most important is to create the conditions for learning, not necessarily deliver content or practice the methodology.
