Learning design is a fancy word for creating a process and timeline, for example a workshop, training or program that helps participants to do their job better.
The reason to call it ‘Learning Design’ is that I have created numerous workshops using different methodologies. In my mind, the most important is to create the conditions for learning, not necessarily deliver content or practice the methodology.
There are many approaches and ideas how to learn. And I can probably talk for days about this subject, so to give you an impression of what I deliver, here’s a short list of topics:
- Lean startup
- Design Thinking
- Team startup (Agile/scrum)
- Business Model Canvas & Value Proposition Canvas
- Leadership based on Theory U
- Customer development / sales
